About this event
Step down into our Sicilian drinking den, escape and let the evening unfold the right way— with an Apollonia Negroni in hand and a plate of Sydney Rock Oysters to start. Our Aperitivo Hour is more than just a prelude—it’s a ritual.
From Highballs laced with vitello amaro to crisp house-made wines by Mercer, every sip is a story, and every bite— a reason to stay a little longer.
